I wish I was better at putting my berserk emotions into words.

I'm not going to spend time making excuses for my absence. Whenever I first create a blog or a YouTube channel, I never get any views, like any beginner, but its so new and fresh! When I began, I felt committed to write often and best of all and enjoyed it. But me being hyper-active me, the beautiful novelty soon wore off, and just at the point where I was beginning to gain views and start building up my followers.
I'm going to be very honest with you, I did forget about the blog. I abandoned it for new novelties. I started a diary and got going with my YouTube channel. It's my personality not to stick with things (BAD TRAIT- dont follow my example :P).
Something wonderful happened the other day. *ANECDOTE TIME* (this will go somewhere I promise). So I was on YouNow, which is a random live video streaming thing for YouTubers and musicians and all sorts, and I was sitting there with my beloved Uke strumming away - and someone in the comments requested for me to do the girl on the platform song. After just under year, and me being me, I had completely and genuinely 100% forgotten about my blog post on this in the chaos of my crazy ukulele world. So, I remembered the advert and thought it would be nice to sing the song. So, I just googled it- I wrote "girl on the platform ukulele chords".

This came up:

I was just, I had completely forgotten about this. I pressed the link and saw my familiar blog. MY BLOG! FIRST ON GOOGLE SEARCH! I'm pretty sure I shed a tear, pathetic I know, but just to know that people wanted to see my posts, that looking back are pretty awful anyway. And when I scrolled down I saw 84 comments! 84! It was crazy to be back in my beautiful ukulele blog world from a year ago, and so lovely, and I just knew I needed to start again, because of all the projects I have started, this blog, I promise, has been the one that I have felt the most at home. Referring to a blog as "at home"- pretty sad, I know, but just honestly. The next thing I went to look at was my email account, and was greeted with floods and floods of emails telling me how much they loved my blog and asking me where I was. I just... GAHH I wish I was better at putting my berserk emotions into words.

So, ramblings aside, I am now forward facing. I promise that I have returned for good, and this time it's going to be great. I am going to begin with a few changes:

- I firstly might give this blog a makeover. I want to keep the general colour theme of it, and the wooden background, but if anyone is good at ideas for headers or fonts etc. please do email me (email will be at the bottom).

- A linked YouTube channel! Finally and requested by many! BEcause, what is a Ukulele without being able to see and here it. I say there is too much text and video's is the way forward :)

- Contests ! I would love love love to do this! No idea what the prizes could be yet but it would be  lovely way to thank all of my everyones to stick around while I abandoned you (showwy).

- Getting all of you involved ! :D:D:D:D This isnt just about me, because where would my thousands of views be without all of you? And start getting involved RIGHT NOW by commenting your opinions on all of these changed down below! Anything at all- this is a new start and it's down to you :)

Sorry, this ended up rather long didnt it. Remember to help me out by promoting this blog in any way possible if you can, and I won't let you down this time! Ideas, recommendations all welcome. MORE than welcome. I cant thank you all enough- and I cant wait for what this is going to become :)
